Washington Post – (Wisconsin) A mysterious infection may have killed 15 people
in Wisconsin, and health officials aren’t sure why. Federal and State
health officials are investigating 15 deaths and 33 others who were sickened in
Wisconsin in an outbreak involving the Elizabethkingia bacteria. Authorities
are working to determine the source of the bacteria and whether the deaths are

Louisiana, Mississippi damaged in floods. More than 4,958 homes in
Louisiana and approximately 650 homes in Mississippi were damaged March 13
following widespread flooding that left 4 people dead in Louisiana and 2 people
missing in Mississippi. Officials issued flood warnings across the region and
ordered the evacuation of more than a dozen homes in Tennessee, while the U.S.

cloud services. A team of researchers released a report stating that the
severe vulnerability, Decrypting RSA with Obsolete and Weakened eNcryption
(DROWN) affecting many cloud services, was not patched after security
researchers found the attack affects Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS)
and other services that rely on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer
Security (TLS). The vulnerability allows attackers the ability to compromise an
encrypted session even if the session is encrypted with a more secure TLS
