A researcher with Vulnerability Lab identified a vulnerability in PayPal that could allow a malicious user to delete another user's account by falsely registering and then removing the victim's email address. Two workers were welding on a Sanford cellphone tower when a fire engulfed the structure August 21 which disrupted cellphone service, prompted the evacuation of local buildings and homes, and forced the closure of nearby roads for several hours.
