St. Charles County government ordered the evacuation of West Alton after a
bridge connecting Missouri to Illinois was shut down due to a flood barricade’s
failure and another levee’s breach June 3. Flood waters in the Mississippi and
Missouri rivers continued to rise and storm weather in Arkansas and Oklahoma

high-profile victims in 40 countries. Researchers at Kaspersky identified a
long-running cyberespionage campaign with victims in 40 countries known as
NetTraveler. The campaign may have begun in 2004 and increased recently, with
targets including diplomats, governments, energy companies, defense contractors
and industries such as medicine, nuclear power, communications, and others.
