data breach in Johnson City. Johnson City-based State of Franklin Healthcare
Associates’ officials announced February 12 a potential breach of their payroll
information that occurred around February 3 where hackers took the stolen
information and attempted to file tax refunds under the victims’ names. The
company is continuing to investigate the breach and has removed any hardware

Motive Security Labs released a report and found that approximately 16 million
mobile devices worldwide were infected by malware, with a 25 percent increase

online. Trustwave researchers analyzed an alleged leak of a source code for
an RIG exploit kit and determined that the code is legitimate after the
individual published the code after attempting to sell it online. The leaker
also purported that the exploit kit included exploits for two Internet
Explorer, two Adobe Flash Player, one Microsoft Silverlight, and two Java
