pleads guilty to Manhattan Beach robbery. A convicted bank robber dubbed
the ‘Beach Cruiser Bandit’ pleaded guilty September 5 to robbing a Manhattan
Beach bank and escaping from federal custody. The plea agreement stipulated
that he will not be prosecuted for two other bank robberies in the region.
