Agency – (Texas) Texas refinery will pay $8.75 million for
failing to comply with enforcement settlement to resolve air violations. Total
Petrochemical USA, Inc. will pay $8.75 million for failing to comply to the
terms of a 2007 settlement with the U.S. that resolved alleged violations of
the Clean Air Act at its Port Arthur, Texas refinery. The company violated a
number of requirements of the settlement between 2007 and 2011 and did not

users iPhones. Researchers at Cenzic disclosed a security vulnerability in
Apple’s iOS 7 mobile operating system which can allow attackers to use the SIRI
