Safety News – (National) CDC: Confirmed cases in Townsend hep A outbreak
sit at 110. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced
it scaled back its case count of the Townsend Farms frozen berry Hepatitis A
outbreak to only include medically confirmed illnesses as of June 20. The newly

City Oklahoman – (Oklahoma) Audit of Oklahoma fire marshal’s office
reveals failure to inspect some correctional facilities. A State audit
revealed the Oklahoma fire marshal’s office failed to inspect 57 facilities,
including 27 correctional facilities, in 2011. Oklahoma is required to annually
inspect 210 correctional facilities throughout the State and cannot account for

June 20, Kalispell Daily Inter Lake– (Montana) Fire hits downtown
radio station. A June 19 fire at the KOFI broadcast studio in Kalispell
caused three stations to go off the air and prompted electricians to work June
20 to get the station back on the air after firefighters extinguished the fire.
