storm that brought snow and high winds caused travel disruptions in the West
and Midwest April 9. Wyoming officials closed portions of two Interstates,
government and school functions were postponed in Kansas, South Dakota, and
Minnesota, and flights into Chicago were delayed by an average of 4 hours.

fire, sending patients and staff running out the door before the building
